Puente Vista Unit 138

Soak up the sun and the sea!   Welcome to Puente Vista; the place where the recipe for relaxation begins!  Each unit has a large outdoor deck with a waterfront view, trailer parking, bar-b-que pits, fish cleaning stations, a large saltwater pool, and laundry facility on site.  The beach and Schlitterbahn are a short drive down the road and Port Aransas is 20 minutes away.  This dazzling condo has been recently renovated with all new stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and brand new cabinetry.  Furnished with 1 king bed in each bedroom and 2 automatic inflatable air mattresses, this unit will comfortably accommodate 4-8 guests.  Cable and internet are provided, gas grill included.  Monthly reservations will have access to a washer and dryer inside the unit as well as outdoor storage closet for an additional $150 per month; not applicable to nightly reservations. Enjoy some of the local attractions during your stay. You'll be minutes away from Schlitterbahn Water Park, Funtrackers with go-carts and bumper boats, Treasure Island for mini golf, and horseback riding at Horses on the Beach. Or head into town and go see some of the places that make Corpus Christi beautiful. Enjoy the famous Texas State Aquarium, South Texas Botanical Gardens, The USS Lexington, or Hurricane Alley Water Park. Have some fun or do some shopping at Get Air, Bowlero, and La Palmera Mall.   The townhouse was very clean and had easy access to fishing from the backyard. My husband and kids caught many fish, a stingray, and an eel. We enjoyed the community pool and appreciated being located close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores.

  We were so grateful to Rental Management and Angie for finding us this unit at the last minute. Thanks to Angie’s staff the unit was spotless and was well located. The kitchen was well appointed and the entire condo was very comfortable. The owner might want to add lamps in the living area as it was dark in the evenings. We had a great stay!

  Good stay. Great location and reasonable price. One thing I want to mention is the outlet plug for the TV, internet, etc is not safe. You might consider replacing it. Also, you might want to call pesticide company to spray.
