The balcony is protected from the afternoon sun while offering great multi-directional views that overlook its private boat slip.  The living room is decorated with a stylish yet sophisticated nautical theme and has a large TV with DVD/VCR.  Master has a king bed with private bath and large walk-in closet.  Master bedroom also has a 26" color TV with DVD/VCR. Second and third bedrooms both have twin beds. Living room has a sofa sleeper to accommodate 8 guests.  Cable, updated appliances, washer and dryer inside unit. (Absolutely no smoking and no pets). You'll be minutes away from Schlitterbahn Water Park, Funtrackers with go-carts and bumper boats, Treasure Island for mini golf, and horseback riding at Horses on the Beach. Enjoy the famous Texas State Aquarium, South Texas Botanical Gardens, The USS Lexington, or Hurricane Alley Water Park. Have some fun or do some shopping at Get Air, Bowlero, and La Palmera Mall.
